Jenny Bailey has twenty years experience in the design and implementation of embedded software on a variety of platforms together with in depth knowledge of analogue and digital radio including TETRA radio systems.

During her long period as Technical Director of J-Squared Limited she gained an exhaustive knowledge of GPS, and has delivered a paper on the subject to Pinpoint Faraday.

She was also one of the main developers of the GiPS System, working on the SMART feasability study.

Jennifer is an experienced programmer/analyst with a wide range of skills and an in depth knowledge of programming in C and C++ under Unix and Linux operating systems.

Having been in the IT industry in one role or another for the last twenty years, she has a good solid grounding in all aspects of data processing, ranging from coding through programming and system design, to testing and system maintenance.

She has worked on several projects from their initial customer requirement capture stages, and followed them through system design, program design, coding, testing, documenting and customer acceptance, and on to customer training and support. She has also worked on mature systems performing maintenance work and responding to customer requests for bug fixes and enhancements.

Philip Richardson has over 25 years experience of radio wave behaviour, propagation, interference, and intermodulation effects.

Radio investigation engineer, RF consultant and design engineer, and work on cellular radio tunnel systems, one of the main developers of the GiPS System, working on the SMART feasibility study.
